must know PODIO

hi, I don't know much about Podio, but I know alot of real estate companies are using it. This are the features I need in podio, let me know if you can help 1) I want all phone and e mail communications to go through podio 2) create a space per city and state for inputing: agents investors regular buyers 3) create a space for my properties per city and state 4) see custom reports of sold properties, pending properties, available properties 5) be able to add / customize anything else we need. This may turn into a long term project so I am trying to find the right person for it.
