I need ajax-search-filter with auto-suggest, searching for listing-title added to WP-Rentals Theme-Filters

Hey there! I use [login to view URL] THEME and would like to have some customizing in the search-filters. If everything is fine I would like to do more customization. Everything you need to know about their search-filters working, you can find explained over here: [login to view URL] WHAT I NEED: is an additional filter-field (positioned in the first place of all advanced-filters of the site) which searches or is filtering by "listing-title" (post-title) - additionally with auto-suggestion - and displaying the results at [login to view URL] Of course all other filters should work together with this one. You can find the latest version of the theme attached. WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU: is providing a test-stage on my server with pre-installed theme and ftp-credentials (a copy of my homepage) PS: Please additionally make documentation about "every line of code" you changed in the theme-data-code, so that I know what has changed, when it comes to theme-updates. I added a File so you can see, where the new search-filter-field should go to. For all three templates, it's a very similar change in about 3 php-files and query is built with I guess two javascript-files (everything explained in theme-documentation) to output search-results on the "advanced-search"-page. If I could change "placeholder"-text ..e.g. "What do you search".. in php-file afterwards it would be sufficient for me as I am slightly familiar with php-coding. That's all :)
