Assuming it's only the website admin who will add the product for auction? or do you wanted to provide facility to your members to post the product for bidding? 2. Assuming to place the bid visitor must need to register to website first? 3. Do you charge any fee to register or post a bid in auction? or it just a FREE service and will charge only when bid is selected/finalized? 4. Hello, As per my perspective, your solution will have 3 types of users: Buyer Seller Admin Auction functionality is the main criteria which can be easily developed in the website where users will be able to login and search the selected items according to the nearby location and can bid over them. Highest bid will be awarded to the right candidate. We will use Ajax to display the real time information at the time of bidding. Moreover, I have some concerns regarding your scope of work and would request you to provide your thoughts on the same: 1. Will you be using Escrow payment method in order to hold the payment for a time-being? Will you be charging some amount as a commission for holding the payment ? 2. What will be the process of participation in the auction? Will there be any membership plans to purchase by the user in order to participate? 3.
