Need Podio/Zapier/Globiflow EXPERT

Need a podio expert who can work with a pre-existing work space and make necessary modifications for it to work correctly and efficiently. This is for a sales company, we have a leads coming in via spotio and manual entry, and need to have sales people assigned. 2 levels of sales reps with different pay rates. We need an accounting app working with our tier based commission structure that is based on size of sale. 2 Payments will be made 1st when the contract is signed 2nd when the sale is finalized. We want a running tally for each sales rep of all their sales and commission earned to date going forward. Also we want the accounting app to reflect sales cancellations and reversals of payments to the sales reps. We also have some integration issues with smart sheets and spotio that we would like resolved if you are qualified for this task.
