i need a website built, I will add in design later just need the functionality to work.

As the title says I just need the functionality of the website to work properly.

Register (username, password, confirm password, email, 3 check boxes "OSRS", "RS3", and check box for agreeing to terms and conditions)

Every user that registers will automatically be giving 100 Coins.

Chat on the left hand side of the screen

at the top of the chat needs to be a button which displays all the members currently online. it needs to show how many members are currently logged in with status (active if they are active and away if they have not been active with the last 10 minutes).

on the right hand side of the screen

a mini game where a player can enter an amount they would like to bet and then click 1 of 3 options (left, middle, or right) if the roulette slider lands on the option they selected they win payout is Left 2x their bet, middle 14 x their bet, and right 2x their bet. a timer of 30 seconds needs to be displayed at the top of the screen. Once the timer hits 0 the mini game starts and shows the roulette slider moving until it slows to a stop and the winner is which ever it lands on. on the screen it needs to update which players has bet on which game as well as their bet amount so other players can see who bet and how much they have bet. after the game has ended and the players have received their winnings the timer starts back at 30 and it starts all over agsin.

I only need the functionality of it to work I do not need it designed for release I will be designing and adding pictures to it at a later date.

The funding for this project is $50 negotiable within reason. I will only pay through Freelancer and will release funds once testing algae been completed and bugs are 100% fixed. The code must be thoroughly commented as this is for learning.
