im looking for someone who want to partner up with me in building the visual of the site and connecting it with my self-made local scripts.
My scripts can take strings from DB, and add strings to DB, I need someone who can either explain me how to do it, or develop something for me how i can manage this myself.
A partnership is also possible, if the freelancer is skilled enough
