Photography Management Wordpress Addon

We are looking to create a simple, but effective website addon to go with the Wordpress CMS. The software will be a fully secure admin/client addon for handling school photography. 1. Photographer snaps shots and post processes them. 2. Photographer has admin access allowing them to upload photos in full resolution JPG in specific categories. Including School, Class, Parent of Student etc... 3. Parents will be handed a unique login that allows access to just their childrens photos. 4. Teachers and school faculty will have access to just their class and/or school. 5. Parents will be able to download their photos if they have pre-paid for them. NOTE: No cart needed, payments will be handled separately, but a check box that allows the photos to go live or a notice to say you need to pay first would be a good idea. 6. Teachers will have to ability to access their classes photos and name the children on the website via special fields such as FIRST ROW (Left to Right) - SECOND ROW etc etc 7. The website should have the ability to export these details in plain text for easy cut n paste onto the final photo layouts. BONUS CREDIT - For anyone who can show me a potential design visually. - If you can add the ability to export a jpeg with the class photo, their names and the schools logo on one layout like a traditional class photo would be done. (See attached image for example) - If you're willing to offer support and minor changes after delivery. Such as installing to the website and setting up and testing.
