PHP 7, MySQL, PDO Crud scripts with menu. Basic Create, Read, Update, Delete options from menu. Simple view and selection / sort

For learning purposes I want a menu with crud options and view / select / sort. Their will be 3 tables Names, sales, products. The idea is I can crud names and addresses and crud products. Then I Enter a name which is looked up and the information displayed (Name, address, total purchases, then I add products they purchase and the product description and price is looked up and stored in sales. Then I can call up a name and see all products they have purchased with price, total price with select sort options by date range and product code for selected or all names. This is so I can learn crud, select / sort / displaying lists and linking tables. I dont really want to use join commands at this stage because it is too advanced for me now. Just select records based on ID or search criteria. Basic layout will be bootstrap 4. I am not worried about actual design, colors etc as it is a learning tool. I do not have tables created but it will be names = reference, first name, last name, date of birth, address, city, country, total purchases. products = name reference, name, description, price, group. Sales = Sales Reference, name reference, name, product reference, description, quantity, price, total. Product = product ref, group, description, price. All tables will have unique id. Exact design is not fixed but purpose is for me to see how to crud, lookup different tables, search, sort and see lists and totals for names and selects and sorts. All lists should have paginate option - with option for how many per page. All tables to have unique ID. I am flexible - no fixed design - need to see how it works and learn. But must be to my satisfaction. I do not have time to create tables but they are simple.
