Responsibilities: § Receives incoming mail to open, sort, and distribute § Delivers mail and internal correspondence within the organization in a timely manner § Collects outgoing mail/packages and utilizes postage meters/machines to weigh and affix postage § Assist all departments within The Los Angeles Film School with daily, weekly and monthly mailing § Tracks mailroom inventory supplies § Receives, tracks and delivers overnight shipments § Ad hoc projects as assigned by management Experience Required: § Prefer 1-2 years experience in a mailroom environment Skills Required: § Proficiency in dealing with FedEx, UPS, DHL and bulk mail centers § Strong technology skills with standard software (i.e. Word, Excel, Access etc) § Professional and customer-focused demeanor Measurement of Success: § Annual performance review and periodic meetings with Department Supervisor and Assistant Director of Admissions.
