Prestashop shippment fee modification

Hello, I need a module to customize shipping fee per suppliers. Items bought on our webstore are shipped directly from our suppliers to the customer, but they have different shipping fee. Even some suppliers had different fee depending on total sale. So I need a module that add way on the suppliers tab to add a table for the fee. like 0 to 99.99$ shipping fee = 9.99, 100 to 199.99$ shipping fee = 4.99, 200 and up shipping FREE In the cart, it must show the right shipping fee for each suppliers that had items in the card. Also, we want an way to tell the customer that it they add [login to view URL]$ more from xxxxx supplier he will save [login to view URL]$ in shipping.. fell free to ask any questions. thanks
