PSD -> responsive WordPress (long term relationship)

Hey all,
I'm looking for a long term relationship with a stable guy/girl/company to convert PSD's to WordPress for my clients.
I have these requirements:
- You NEED to have experience with Advanced Custom Fields Pro (i will provide you with this plugin)
- You NEED to have experience with bootstrap framework
- You NEED to have experience with WPML
- The theme styles should not be put in [login to view URL] (use a different .css-file - [login to view URL] will only be used for custom CSS code)
- The theme should be PIXEL PERFECT and i shouldn't be able to see a difference between the Photoshop-files and the website when it's done
I require all projects to be made with:
- Advanced Custom Fields Pro (so the client can edit all content by himself)
- Bootstrap framework
- Some kind of mobile burger menu (right now i use Responsivenav)
