I need someone who has experience cold calling/texting potential property sellers. We want someone with experience reaching out to these sellers, screening leads to filter out motivated sellers from non-motivated sellers, obtain information why the seller wants to sell, obtain property information, and schedule appointments with our acquisition manager. The CRM and call center software will automatically document all the calls made, so you can focus on making your daily call quota. CRM makes it easy to keep track of leads and filter out bad data.
