I am Crista Marie Agreda and I am new to freelancing. I am from Manila, Philippines and I have a total of 10 years work experience. I used to work for customer support services and an iGaming company. Since I have been working for a long time, When I was in customer support we provide our services through chat, phone and emails so this task is not something new to me. I have good English communication skills and I can type 70-80 WPM with 98% accuracy.
I am a person of integrity and good working relationship is very important for me. Even if I'm new in freelancing, my employment background helps me meet or achieve my client's expectations. Moving forward, I am available to work for up to 40 hours weekly.
