Replicate an existing open source cryptocurrency, for my personal use, must be secure and all sensitive information handled by myself

COMPLETE FAMILIARITY WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY TECHNOLOGY IS A MUST. Details like 'which crypto' will be discussed with applicants I am considering. The cryptocurrency is fully open source on github, I want you to compile the software and do a new genesis block to "re-start" it, or instruct me how to do a new genesis block as I will need complete control over the private keys, etc. You will have to guide me through getting it set up and running on my personal systems. After the initial set-up I will have many questions which will be part of the process. I must provably, demonstrably have complete control over the issuance of the crypto and a mechanism needs to be implemented for me to distribute them as I see fit. Absolutely no backdoors or possible doubts as to the security of the system can be tolerated. That will mean that for some things you will have to guide me through doing it instead of doing it yourself if it deals with sensitive information that give control over any addresses or distribution processes. The coin MUST be differentiated from the original coin not by code but by address identifiers, etc, everything will be re-branded. There must be no cross-chain possibilities. Your work will go through several extremely thorough code reviews, so attention to detail is a must. Although you will be doing something relatively simple, replicating an already existing open source technology, there will be a learning curve for the particular cryptocurrency and we will both have to work very hard to get it right. The right applicant can start as soon as this week. Payment will be via agreed upon milestones, and a NDA + A non-compete contract + copies of your ID will be essential.
