Server Side Web Development Project

Build a website using PHP and a MySql database. The website should allow the user to enter information which will be entered into the database. This should be achieved using the techniques you have been shown over the course of the semester. The final system implemented will be graded according to the following criteria: Functionality Completeness Software Quality Approach to problem solving and systems development Look and Feel Projects that do not work will be awarded a fail grade. The system should be submitted on moodle by zipping up a sql script which will create the database together with any versions of your project in separate folders. In addition a working version of the system should be left on the Javelin web server.
