Shopify App Development : Returns App

We need to develop an application to be uses on our online store for managing the returns. We will describe all the details and all functionalities needed : FRONTEND 1. Step 1 - First identify order like in picture attached by order number and email 2. Step 2 - Select each product with Action, Reason and Customer note 3. Step 3- If Action=Refund in Step 2 then will show a form to complete with bank details for refund : Bank account number (one field) and Account owner name (second field). If Step 2 has Action=Exchange then it should display a section in which customer selects the new product (he can type the product name and it shows recomandations for that product to select) and variants of the new product if has some. Message shown as Succesfull return completed and email to customer. BACKEND : -It should have 3 section : Pending, Approved, and Archived Returns. And here each return it should have a Status (customizable by us). Also the page should have a filter by status and a selection ticking box. It should show the customer notes and also have a Staff note field. -Each return can be seen and edited when you click on it as in Rich Commerce module...we like how they did it (picture backend1 and backend2). -Here on backend we will need the csv file export options (2 format templates will be provided to you). So we will filter the orders by status and tick the boxes on the ones we need to export the data -When status is changed, customer will receive custom email notification (can be edited by us in app) -Also we will need a button for creating a return (picture backend3) -The app will be translatable. We need it to be done in romanian so you can do it in english and the info shown to customer will be translated by us on the backside
