Hello , i'm a php developer with over 8 years of experience in building large scale custom web applications. i can automate the process of adding new users to your e-learning platform using the billing details created on payments on the woocommerce website and emailing the parents with their newly created credentials created on the e-learning platform. 2 ways we can do this . 1- create a small api that will expose the e-learning platform database to the woocomerce website so it can insert new users directly. 2- use the same approach you are using now , automatically create and upload a csv file and the e-learning platform will add the users the same way it does now ,only automatically. the other part of the automation process is sending the emails with the credentials , we can build a nice html template for the email. final part would be a cron-job to disable access to the e-learning platform once the subscription period has ended. this job won't take more than 24 hours. please have a look at my profile for previous clients reviews and if interested ,send me a message so we can discuss this in more details .
