I need an android Service application (perhaps also iOS) based on API 21 that does the following tasks:

once a day connects to a web server passing via http post to [login to view URL] its imei number and phone number as parameters and receiving the following json response:

{...

.....}

using the above data, service will send its GPS position, key value, imei and phone number to a webserver via http post to [login to view URL] if distance is above DISTANCE meters and every INTERVAL seconds from START time until STOP time.
