Simple Linux Software

I want an easy way to compile a static, hand coded HTML website. I need a very simple software that allows me to enter text into 4 sections. Section 1. Head Section 2. Body Section 3. Foot Section 4. Include Of course, there will be an additional field to enter: [login to view URL] 1, 2 and 3 are self explanatory. For 4. I need to be able to add some HTML to be used as includes (inside the body). For each include I enter, it is assigned a number/id. Then I can use it as includes within the body when I create new pages. Kind of like WordPress Shortcodes. That's it. This is very basic, simple software. And of course, there needs to be a compile button, to generate the static website. It must work in Linux. I don't do Windows. USER CASE SCENARIO: - I open the software. - Cut and paste the header and footer. - Save the project into a folder. It will be generated with a default [login to view URL] - Create a new page: [login to view URL] - Create an include, which gets the id "1". - Paste the include [1] into [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - Save the project. I now have a 2 page website using 1 include. Notes: - The software does not need the ability to edit CSS. - It does not need to work as a HTML editing tool. - It does not need to highlight formatting or anything. - It doesn't have to remember website structure or handle menus or anything. - It doesn't have to remember filenames or remember if any have changed. It should just overwrite everything again. - Keep everything baby simple. Further Clarification: I literally just want a basic interface where I can cut and paste a header and footer in (that I made in a separate text editor. ie: Geany). Then create new pages that contain various includes. Everything is just basic HTML. Nothing fancy. Then I press a button that says: "Compile" and it saves the static website into a folder.
