Simple Website, that displays a vertical list of videos base on a file directory

Hello,
I want a one page website.
When the site is loaded it creates a single vertical list of videos based on video files that are in a folder on the web server.
If there are 3 video files on the web server. e.g.
France 0 - 1 [login to view URL]
France 1 - 1 [login to view URL]
France 2 - 1 [login to view URL]
Then there should be a vertical list of 3 embedded video players sorted by date order of the files on the web server (newest at the top). The name of the video should be displayed beside the video player (The name is the same as the filename without the extension. e.g. France 2 - 1 Spain). It should be possible to play the video in the player.
If there where 6 videos, then there would be 6 items listed vertically
If there where 20 videos, then there would be 20 items listed vertically

The single page can be coded in PHP and data retrieved from your webserver. the PHP program should be loaded in your webserver for this to work. Thanks for your enquiry.
