Small Projects for Adult Website

I have a network of websites that need to be maintained. I have a programmer that will be overseaing everything but I need someone that has excellent PHP skills to do various projects for thes network. Projects would include updateing and improving website templates as needed based on what the members/ girls want. Checking the Forum/ Message Board daily to see if any members/ girls are having problems logging in, or fixing anything that is worng with the network of sites. I need someone that will respond quickly and give excellent service to members/ girls. Other activities would include continueing to improve seo and working with my designer to come up with better website layouts and design. Please let me know how much experience you have and what projects you have worked on in the past. This project will be a long term project so please do not post if you are looking for short term work. I need someone I can depend on and who will work with my current programmer in Romania to learn the current network. The project will pay based on project or a monthly fee of $200-400 plus a 5% bonus depending on your experience.
