E-sports tournament website

Hello to my fans! I will need a basic custom tournament website in english, for e-sports just like the following links, on a budget $50-$70 USD so some features are excluded as you can see i need only the Specs below, as it is for experimental reasons and not for a real website yet: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] If everything goes well then we can cereate a real site and You will probabely be needed!! I have the database already created I just need the website on PHP, Javascript and Bootstrap maybe so it will be responsive. Please chec the Specs needed quickly so you get a point and after awarding you do it one by one: User Registration/Log In User can create tournaments User can Join tournaments User Gets rewarded for winning a tournament with in app currency. User gets rewarded the more he wins(Streak, the more wins you get there is a multiplier that makes it so the reward is increased the more wins,when you loose the multiplier goes back to 0) Users have levels that increase based on how many tournaments he plays,wins. User can unlock achievements(Which gives the user titles as rewards as well as currency) Users get 3 daily quests on the website that if they complete, they will get currency. Currency can be used to unlock other titles or rewards, as well as join in tournaments that are premium(Premium tournaments require currency to join,usually are created by Organizations or Companies). User gets a welcome back message if he doesnt log in for a while There will be a leaderboard for each game, which will show the users that have won the most tournaments for each game. The main page will show trending tournaments that the user can join There will be a challenge function which will make the Highest ranked player of each tournament grant more experience and more currency if another player of a lower rank wins against him Required API retrieval for the tournaments to show the correct scores Requires Referees for tournaments so they can verify who won and if the outcome of the match is correct. 3 Roles exist, the Admin(Me), Referees,and users.
