Hello, Please note that decoding an image is possible only if it is sent as document. Normal sending will compress the image and mess encoded pixels that correspond for hidden text inside it. Also, Telegram removes all meta information from image, I have tested it before applying, so document is the only way as far as I see. If this condition satisfies you, I promise to complete the project as soon as possible using Python, other terms are quite possible to implement. Hey, I have recently build a Telegram chatbot for a client, where I was forwarding messages ( text, website links and images ) from Telegram Channel to a database ( SQLite3, images were saved seperately on windows filesystem). I have a very good knowledge of telegram API ( to get asynchronous messages and sending messages). And the images can be converted to text by applying Optical Character Recognition in Python( using the pytesseract library ) Thank you.
