Update CodeIgniter PHP adminstration system for financial transaction processing

We own an administration system, that was written in PHP with the CodeIgniter framework. The use of this system is to process financial transactions. There are several roles for admin and employees. We need a change to the functioning of the system. We want to change the registration process and also the business workflow for transaction processing. Also we need to re-develop the system to work as a custom standalone Wordpress plugin, so we can import the plugin to a Wordpress page and use the system in a modular setting for several different Wordpress pages. So the goal of this project is to update the CodeIgniter project source, change the workflow of the financial transaction processing, the registration system for new employees and to wrap the system in a Wordpress plugin, so we can import and use it with Wordpress pages. We have a budget of 2500 Euro for this project and a timeframe of not more then 1 week. Before the project starts you will receive a more detailed project description. The system was not in use for some time, because we had to update it, so it is not currently running on a server. Before the project starts we will setup a hosting and the system for you to work on. You should have deep knowledge of PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter framework and Wordpress plugins to be able to finish this project in our given deadline. We are only interested in working with freelancers or agencies, that can start immediately and that have deep knowledge in all these skills.
