Updates to the wordpress website to get running better again

Hi there, To ensure you read this before bidding I am putting the following rule, I delete all bids that dont start with the word Hilton . i get so many auto bidders who dont read the project it is the best way I can find to remove those who are not really reading the brief. We beleive a client with website access has updated the theme when it was not compatable and rollbacks ave not resolved and the lasted updated theme has some issues. Also wpbakery is not licensed to this site for some reason. We have full control and can pay for WPBakery license too if needed. I have reveiwed this again this afternoon with Chris George to enable me to provide you with accurate, clear feedback as to some of the issues. The following list is not designed to be exhaustive of the areas that are not working, but more a list of what we have found in 15 minutes of testing today. 1. The website takes generally between 3 – 7 seconds. If we compare to cmetition and also how fast it used to load, there is a massive difference. Is it possible to explain why this is the case? ANd ideally make it load quicker? 2. The video content on the CEME landing page and header appears to be fine, however, the footer is still incorrect and a number of pictures are oversized and/or the client does not recall these being in this position on the site. The footer has a custom coded map that show the same address ö which is correct ö for all 3 on zoom in BUt its not working now. It was working fine for months. 3. The various dropdown menus seem to have different footers. Sometimes with a long list of partners, sometimes a shorter list and is not consistent throughout. Again I believe also in the wrong format. 4. Loading onto a mobile device: Tests done today on an android phone took around 4 minutes for the page to fully open, the iphone 6 still had not downloaded the page after 4 minutes. The dropdown menu also does not work. Please can you resole these but on the way update as to 1. What is going on here? 2. What work needs to be undertaken to correct this? 3. When will these issues be resolved? I need you to be updating my PA on Skype, so she can update the client as I am not in the office today but am back tomorrow. I will choose the winning bid in 4..5 mins time. I can provide FTP, wordpress access, [login to view URL] which has backup snapshots and phpymadmin and error codes, I wont e online today much at all but need to get feedback to the client on this he is rightly furious its been a long time to get this fixed and only some is done the above is the start of the list, this project likely will have follow ups or continue to roll.
