USPS API Integration Using PHP

We need three rates from the USPS API written in a raw PHP class using cURL. We will take this class and integrate it into our process. Provide placeholders for weight, package, start/end address, etc. that can be easily swapped out with our information. The three services we need rates for are "Ground", "Priority" and "Express". Please use your own development account credentials and we can swap them out with our own. (You do not need to send over your development credentials if you do not want to).
