Website Programming with Phone Application

The designer will provided soon. I am seeking a programmer to create me the website and a universal phone app to compliment the website. HOMEPAGE - this is where it will show the brand of rec but also may projects that we are working on and other imagery that sets the tone for whom the company represents. ABOUT - this is where we will have a page of our board members, the team, and projects we undertake as rec. ARTISTS - this is where we will have our artists, whom we represent, with an image, about section, hear their music, and links to their website, facebook, instagram, and so forth. We want the ability to keep adding more artists as they are brought into the company. The different types of artists are painters, sculptures, musicians, and so forth. There may be about 5 different genres of artist. EVENTS - we as a company will create events for the artists we represent. we will have parties called RUG Parties which are Reckless Underground Parties, which are parties that are held in places that events such as live music is normally held. and they will have minimal advertising for these events. We will create the event on the page and it will have an image with a button that says purchase. a person will see an ad on instagram/facebook/snapchat telling them of an event called #LIVESESH. They press the button to purchase and are taken to the website or app to purchase a ticket. they purchase a ticket then are given google coordinates of the party. (we don't want to give out addresses for hosts safety). this is also where we want to integrate wave accounting invoicing system back end (see below) to keep track of our sales and take cash out of the equation. we are hoping this is possible. there is paypal but i want to go a notch higher. CONTACT - this will have our contact info with email, phone and fax number. SERVICES WE UTILIZE Google Analytics - use that to keep track of statistics. Site Scout - work with them to advertise my events and my artists. Analytics - I want to be able to track visitor movements. Provide help. SEO is key also. Mail Chimp - will be using that service alot to promote the company but also the artists to their fans. so will use the emails that are collected from the website. Wave Accounting - I use that service. It has a credit card, square one and many other payment options. Could we use their invoice system as follows. A person clicks the purchase button on the website or phone app. the pressing of the button would be like pressing the wave accounting system. can we somehow link the two to talk to each other or is that not possible. The manual way of doing it would be I would go to wave accounting and press create invoice and attach the pay button to the invoice. They then would be able to pay with credit card. Then we keep track of the sale and use their credit card service they provide. Saves us having to imput our revenues for those sales. Is this possible??? Any type of back end integration possibly.
