Scenario : When addresses are entered incorrectly - only "Local Pickup option available", instead of that we need to 1. show error message in the shipping methods left sidebar "Please enter address properly" 2. Hide Local Pick up Reason : Users are entering wrong address and they think that only local pick up is available, so we will display local pickup only if atleast 1 other shipping method is available, if not we will hide local pickup and show error message
