WordPress plugin re-design

I have a WordPress plugin I would like to have re-designed for the sole purpose of my site. it is called cybersyn. it uses "curl" to access sites like youtube and Vimeo flicker ign and one more and then pull and post data, images, embed the videos and the title of the video in the posts name area. what I would like is: 1: the plugin to be renamed as "cynical" "you can put yourself as the designer" 2: this will pull and post info from adult sites (instead of youtube sites, Vimeo, etc) 3: it will need to pull the video name and put it under the post title 4: it will need to "curl" embed code for the video 5: it will need to add a thumbnail of the video for my posts 6: it should do it automatically on a user-defined time either cron job or auto. 7: must be proficient using curl 8: Lastly you need to be comfortable working with adult sites. you could replace code from this tool to redesign it. I would do it but I am not knowledgeable with curl, I just understand what the tool is doing. I have uploaded the original tool and an image of snippet code from the curl functions. thanks!!
