Project is to create a mobile app on android and IOS for chat purpose and users must be register by fill form (Name and email address) and agents can reply on that chat. Chats will be one to one between the users and our agents . and user can see only agents but agents can see all online users . ability to share images , video and audio message and also ability to see message delivered and read by user or agents. (like whats app) and ability that admin can ban , delete users and can access to all conversations with search ability and can also see all other chat conversations. also we can add more than one admin. Note: agents can not see the history conversation of other agents . Note: All chat will be store and add ability to make backup in icloud (for users) if they want. Note: all chat support Unicode.
