write a script that create a word list based on a topic

I need a script written and hosted on a web page to do the following. 1. I enter a keyword: Let's say as an example the keyword is "engagement". Next, I want to enter a number. In this case 10. Then I want to search the internet for the term "engagement" and find all words that are related. An example might be, save, date, big, day, love, future. Next I want to create lists of the found words and the character count must = 16, 25 , or 36. an example might be: love (4 characters), save (four), date (four), engaged (7), future (6) for a total of 25 characters. I then want to display the word lists on screen. Words can appear only once in a word list, but it's OK for words to appear again in different lists. Since I used the number 10, I want to display 10 word lists. I should also be able to enter words in a list manually and as I type words, the page counts the characters for each word as well as the list I enter. Please start your bid with instructions read.
