Prestashop free shipping module

Experienced prestashop developer needed for development of shiping module The module will be used at a shop with free shiping enabled The module will have back office settings for selecting products or product categories. These products or categories will not included in free shipping, If the cart qualifies for free shipping, and one or more of those products are in the cart, shipping will be charged only for those products. The module must be compatible with Prestashop Version 1.5.3.1 and must work correctly with all shiping methods , eg cash on delivery , paypal , bankwire The developer must provide a working version of the module to his server.
