Create Semi-Airtight Neck Seal

We have a product where it goes around your body and currently have a silicone neck seal that goes over the neck. See the attached images. It's similar to a neck seal on a diving suit. However some older people who use the product are uncomfortable with putting the neck seal over their head as well as feeling it's too tight once it's around their neck. So I am looking to develop a new concept. The suit is made of neoprene material so we could use that material. We could make a little pocket of air that they can inflate with a hand pump as well to make a little tighter around the neck similar to like a blood pressure cuff where they velcro around the neck and then inflate slightly. [login to view URL] Right now they get into the suit through an airtight zipper and then put the neck seal over their head. I don't think the airtight zipper can open all of the way. Another idea is to use something like this ring seal [login to view URL] but it should be easy for the person to use. We want them to be able to get into the suit and close around the neck fairly easily. Perhaps something like the blood pressure cuff would be the most ideal. It does not have to be perfectly air-tight but should be fairly tight. If you want to do this project please have a good idea in mind. Thanks!
