Programming - Iterative Design Upload on Redbubble.com

Hello. I am looking for a skilled programmer who is able to set up a reliable code to upload designs from a computer to redbubble.com. It is about an iterative process which includes first of all the selection of the design on the computer (place in an upload folder), then the right setting on redbubble (design size, color etc.), and finally adding/copying a prepared description and tags on redbubble. Coding language to be discussed. Price to be negotiated.
