Scrubs Soundboard iPhone App

I am looking for somebody, who knows how to create an iPhone App. I dont know how to program but i know how to write HTML. So I created my app in HTML. I need someone to use my HTML app as a model and and make an iPhone app.

Project must be Executabl on all iOS Systems (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad). You must be familiar with Objective-C.
