Our Goals
We are looking for an Australia-based freelance project manager/consultant to drive our pipeline of new product development, in consultation with our founder and CEO. This involves liaising with all stakeholders in our supply chain (including contract manufacturers, printers, bottle suppliers and packaging suppliers) to ensure new and existing products are completed and ready for sale within our targeted time frames, quality standards and margin parameters. Example products include hand wash, hand cream, garment care, body products, baby products and all associated packaging (bottles, tubes, pumps, cardboard boxes, etc).
Ideal Consultant
Must have general project management experience. Ideally with specific experience sourcing and managing contract manufacturers, and ensuring delivery of premium products to meet commercial timelines, quality standards and margin parameters.
Specific experience within personal care industry not required but would be great!
Strong business acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Information
Duration: 3-4 months initially with a view to extend for the right candidate
Budget: ~$3k per product. Plan to launch 2 products per month over the next year.
