• Project baseline preparation. • Preparation of Progress ‘S‘ curves & manpower histograms • Monitoring work progress at site & provide constructive inputs to the Project Head • Tracking of submissions/approvals of drawings/ materials, procurement of materials/ equipment’s. • Update the baseline schedule with actual/ progress percentages and report against approved contract baseline. Maintaining event log. • Preparation of look ahead schedule and monitoring it closely with site works. • Updating & maintaining the events register. • Study of BOQ and preparation/ monitoring of cash flow projection based on project program. • Coordination and monitoring with material suppliers for mock up works. • Preparation & participation in Internal progress meeting, external progress meeting & management meetings. • Conducting planning & commercial meeting with site team to explain weekly/ monthly project targets. • To incorporate the new items (If any) introduced by the architects / Consultants. • To update (Tracking) the master program on a fortnightly basis. • To assist the PM (Project Head) in giving the various inputs about the Red Flagged items where the delays could be attributed.
