This is a critical and strategic role, therefore a strong and structured program director is required full-time, onsite at Zagreb, Croatia. The consultant must have experience engaging at CxO levels and will be the owner of the services delivery within a major OSS Transformation programme. The Client play a System Integrator role and there is a complex multi-vendor environment which has to be managed by the Program Director. This is a challenging and demanding role, so the ideal candidate MUST have experience with complex delivery programs combining an offshore/onshore delivery model, as well as experience handling multi-vendor dynamics Telco & OSS/BSS experience is MUST (ideally with Order Management background) with 20-25 years of experience
