Database for licence plate to cross-refer with VS code that has OCR on ubuntu 18.04

I want to create a database to store a couple of license plate to be registered on MySQL workbench using oracle preferably . I have a python script with OCR and it will show the OCR result of the license plate after I show an image of the car on the webcam.
