I am looking for someone to develop some code to use on a raspberry pi to control my camera. I would like it to have two modes, an inside mode and an outside mode. Depending on what mode it is in, it will change the settings.

Hi, I have done projects on raspberry pi controllers using camera modules for many projects using Opencv library and python scripting. I have done similar projects on image processing in python like making a video using images from cameras and uploading to cloud, detecting signals, object motion detection, etc.
