My ANPR's accuracy is really high and in china, my engine is the top. I am using my own image processing library. so it doesn't use any 3rd party library. All source codes are my own. Hi You need this to run on RPi, so openCV is not the best choice. However it is possible to used a modified version of openCV, how much time do you have for this. Let me know the details via chat
