Session Logging for Linux logins on SSH

Need all persons ssh sessions logged; this is a Centos server
They will be going through my bastion/jump server and any thing they do I want to log in a text file
and upload to "Data Dog"
What are the thoughts; and will be for a standard user (no sudo); and output a folder for each login ?
Is there a simple strong solution ? Perhaps for $10 or $15 ? (Sorry don’t have a full time job).
