[Urgent] Web or Desktop app read QR Codes and play videos

hello sir, i have already build few apps that read QR OR BAR CODE using camera. i will build a web based solutions for you , these are steps 1. user will click on button scan code 2. camera will open and it read qr code. 3. qr code will decode and extract the video url 4. video will play on users browser [login to view URL] video i will put same button with text scan another qr code. 6. it will follow again from step2. lets have a quick conversation over chat to discuss further. thank you
