Write a Program to Parse a list of URLs

I need someone to write a program that can a parse a list of URLs. The program should be able to classify the URLs depending whether a Javascript alert() is displayed. So, if an alert box is prompt upon loading the page, the program will print the URL to stdout or save to another file. The job is pretty straight forward for anyone who can do it in bash.
