We are looking to build our pioneer team of 10 Filipino recruiters by October to kick off this partnership. We will be hand-selecting the best applicants for this first round to set the standard for our target of at least 100 active recruiters by the end of 2022.
Recruiters’ Daily Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify high-quality candidates in America who are precise fits for job orders sent by our US-based clients
Contact candidates through phone calls and e-mails to determine interest and availability
Conduct in-depth phone interviews to qualify candidates, negotiate salaries or rates, and schedule interviews
Work with candidates throughout the recruiting process from candidate submission, scheduling interviews, compensation negotiation, offers, and onboarding
Interact with US-based clients to develop recruiting strategies and build long-term relationships
Build a pipeline of candidates who can be considered for future job orders and generate referrals
Maintain daily and weekly client reports
Work closely with and assist senior team members
Required Experience and Qualifications :
Six months to ten years of experience recruiting for American clients and knowledge of US contracting methods (W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp)
Experience using VMS portals
Sales lead generation and market research experience preferred
Strong technical skills (ATS, MS Office, Internet research, social media, etc.)
Strong spoken communication skills
Excellent written communication skills including the ability to prepare concise and error-free reports for US business executives
Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and work ethic
Willingness to work a hard nightshift from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (US East Coast shift) or 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM IST (US West Coast shift)
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: PhP32,000
