3D Animation includes:

- analysis of building physics (movements, deflections,)

- concept design (proposed solution and signing off stage

- design stage (drawings being created in 2d and 3 d)

- extrusion of aluminium profiles and gaskest

- powder coating painting

- building a prototype and testing

- assembley of the unitised aluminium frame fitted with rubber gaskets, glass, metal panels and fin profiles

- packaging, labeling and loading on the transportation frames

- loading frames on the lorry

- visualisation of the building structure with instalation channels fitted into the concret

- installation of the hanging brackets for unitised panels

- unloading frames from the lorry on site

- distribution on the building floors

- hanging panels on the brackets
