Hello there, I'm professional 3D artists and I've been working in the industry for more than 8 years. I've read your description and I assumed the reason you asked for all the wire frames, materials and such is to better understand the quality of the artist. you mentioned 3Ds Max but I hope my pipeline suits your goal. I work with Maya for basic modeling and zbrush for sculpting and complex modeling. I use substance painter and Photoshop for realistic texturing and render my works in either marmoset or keyshot. I don't use maya or max for rendering so there is no material setup for me to show but I can achieve realistic rendering of your work and give you different shots. I also deliver the meshes in obj or fbx format. I'm also very experienced in game development and low poly modeling and baking different maps for game engines. additionally, I can upload the result on sketchfab so that you can easily inspect everything.
