Hi There... i have been working on proposals for agriculture projects in Indonesia and the Philippines for almost 3 years... The population drift of mainly young people is a big concern and a future problem for Asia as the older farmers are not being replaced by their children. The solutions to this all require local opportunities for youth that are real, well paid and based on improved farming practices. So... how are you going to address this balance issue in your project? It is not clear to me if you are looking at a proposal or some other document? Maybe you can advise me on this... Then we can work together to develop the document you need...I have a lot of information, processes and options that I can help you with - all based around Commercial - Sustainable - Development in agriculture, Aquaculture, Horticulture and Manufacturing - all with a rural focus so that you can look at bringing real development opportunities to rural areas. i hope to hear from you.
