Create a document/guide describing what happens in game development process

I need someone to create a detailed document describing the game development and design process, which will act as a guide for a small game design/development team. It should include clear headings and subheadings. You will need to explain the relationship between artists (character designers, map designers, animators, sound designers, etc) and programmers and how things are prepared before passing them on to another department. You should include a section on all the roles, what they do and how they do it (within reason - a generous paragraph or two for each role). You will also need to explain how the pipeline of material works, for example once a 3D model is finished, what happens to it next? How does it get progressed into the final game from there? For the final section, you should explain how all the files, media and data is compiled into one working game. For the document, you should assume that the developers and designers will be working with software such as Maya, and using the Unreal Engine 4 game engine, but you should also include some comparisons. Extra notes: It is ideal if you have experience in the game industry, for this document.
