We need a Psychologist who is familiar with Counseling, therapy sessions and case formulation

There's a 18 min role play clip on Youtube which we will need to analyse for training sessions in a professional paper of 3000 words. The paper should be written in the following areas (These are NOT subheadings) Introduction Formulation Analysis of interventions and communication skills Theoretical concepts The context of the session (e.g. setting, duration) Issues of power and difference Ethical considerations Conclusion The Freelancer needs to watch the clip (I will provide the transcript ) to very briefly introduce the client. The first part of this project is to ‘analyse’ the client; then to draw knowledge of counselling theories and formulate or conceptualise the client’s difficulties; how they have developed and what factors are maintaining them. This section should be no more than 1000 words. They can use CBT approach. It's a role play and the client is one of the psychologists who plays the client a long with the other psychologists who plays the counsellor in this clip. It's filmed and transcribed ready to be carefully analysed even their hand gestures. psychologists who have worked with clients in therapeutic settings and therapists with clinical experience , should be more than capable to write a CBT formulation for a patient who suffers from anxiety. In Summary, we need a psychologist with clinical experience who can apply counselling theories to this paper. ( Academic & Practical knowledge of the field).I provide the clip for them to watch and the transcript But the freelancer will have to do the analysis and literature reviews based on a therapy approach (preferably the CBT method)
